Photography

Photography to me is something so beautiful. It’s one thing to be the one getting the photos taken, but the photographer sees the art behind the camera. My top favorite photos to take are couples/family photos and or maternity photos. Main reasoning behind those choices are because the upmost love and beauty come with those photos. A majority of the time when couples are being photographed, they’re nervous, shy, and cant seem to get comfortable, but you’ll never tell it after seeing the final pictures. They’re all smiles and absolute raw, beautiful chemistry is unraveled between the two. As said “a picture tells a thousand words”, not one has to be spoken but we all know what wants to be said, this goes the same for family pictures, whether small or big, they’re always simply put- SO happy to just enjoy the time being spent with their loved ones, and you can read all about it in the photos after. Maternity photos are lovely to shoot as-well. This is the time where a mother who is just learning and experiencing all there is to know and love about growing a human and see the changes of their bodies. Some mothers have a hard time truly viewing or understanding the absolute beauty behind becoming a mother. Stretch marks may appear, they may grow twice the size their bodies once were before, or maybe it’s defeating to them that their bodies haven’t grown quite as much as others during this special time, so maternity pictures are the best ways to capture real, raw, GORGEOUS photos of these soon to be mothers. They may come to the shoot feeling defeated by looks, or outraged by house keeping at home, other children or partners, or any other road blockage happening in their lives, but as my job as a photographer, it is up to me to make them feel as put together, calm, peaceful and beautiful as I can, and I absolutely love to do so.
